Project 10- Sunshine Beach Home

An exciting project conceiving a dream home from scratch with my clients. The house will sit in an enviable position looking over the ocean, and the brief is to combine several uses under one roof while meeting the strict guidelines set by the local council. The owners are passionate about the area so the house must have “wow” factor but also sit sympathetically within it’s surrounding.
